In 2020, SATO expanded its expertise by integrating ILMS into OPERA, marking a significant milestone in enhancing confidence-building measures at the front desk. This PMS-ILMS integration not only streamlined operations but also enabled the brand to venture into larger properties. Building on this success, the integration was further extended to PROLOGIC, IDS, and PROTEL, solidifying our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions for the hospitality industry
